Incredible place! I was on vacation 9 hours away with an emergency where my friends needed access to my house to take care of my sick pet. Called The Lock Shop and they were at my house working on my rather crappy locks within 30 minutes. Worked diligently and patiently for almost an hour in order to unlock my house. Ended up having to completely replace my deadbolt. Very professional and responsive and incredibly empathetic to my situation! Thank you so much!

Very unprofessional and unorganized. I called and asked if I could get a second fob for my sprinter van. He ordered fobs and I went in and spent 2 hours while they cut the blade which opened the door but wouldn't turn the ignition. I left and talked a few more times and decided on sprinters the fob needed programed to start the van. Called on a Thursday to confirm I could come Friday. Then called again Friday 20 minutes before I go there. When I arrived he could not find the fob so the 45 min trip was for nothing.

Best place ever for car key cutting and programming!! They were able to cut and program the key for my 2019 Honda civic in around 30 minutes. Make sure to call ahead to make an appointment for programing a key phob. They did a great job, and you won't find a better price. I bought the key ($24), and they cut and programmed it for $75, rather than for 100, which is what I was quoted from other shops. The workers are very kind and respectful.

Excellent response time, the phone was answered by a human being on the second ring and I appreciate that greatly. The Locksmith was at my house in about 12 minutes and it literally took him less than 2 minutes to open my door. He was a complete gentleman and as he wrote up the invoice we had a chat about cats and dogs. He offered a prayer, which I thought was really so nice. Losing my key was not all that bad of an experience with a good person like this to help.
